Maintenance Professional
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance professional to join our team at our Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disability (ICF-ID).
The maintenance professional will be responsible for ensuring that the facility is well-maintained and in good working order.
This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems, painting, and cleaning.
The maintenance man will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance tasks, such as inspecting equipment and systems to ensure that they are in good working order.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
